Dear relation,
We wanted to provide an update on the actions that PPG and Hodij Coatings are taking to mitigate the global impact of Covid-19.

The health and safety of our employees, customers and stakeholders is the highest priority and a core value for PPG and Hodij Coatings. We continue to monitor the health of our global workforce and take measures to protect our employees in accordance with regional government regulations. PPG is providing ongoing communications with employees on this issue, encouraging heightened awareness of general hygiene precautions and adjusting business travel guidelines and operations according to the regulations.
As a response to the virus spreading quickly around the world, PPG and Hodij Coatings have restricted all employee travels and customer visits for travels and visits non-essential.
As the situation evolves, our office employees work from home if works permits and are putting actions in place globally at all of our plants, stores and offices to ensure proper hygiene.
PPG operates a global supply chain with a portion of our raw material and indirect products sourced from some of the affected areas. We are continually assessing all of our critical product demands and are actively working to ensure sufficient coverage. To date, we have successfully minimized the impact to our supply chain by proactively increasing inventories or utilizing and identifying alternative suppliers of high-risk materials.
We are monitoring regional government regulations and public health conditions around the world, and have taken steps with carrier partners that access our facilities globally to heighten hygiene measures as they enter and exit our facilities.
All PPG and Hodij Coatings locations are following government regulations for operations as a preventative measure, but continue operations as usual.
We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this unprecedented situation as it evolves. For the time being we will try and conduct as many meetings and interactions through phone and on-line tools.
