  • Surface tolerant, one component, zinc- primer
  • Approved for Class B Slip coefficient
  • Versatile and easy to use, anticorrosive primer
  • Replaces epoxy zinc. Performs better than inorganic zinc
  • Unlimited paint time
  • Paintable with itself

  • Tolerates fly rust

  • High DFT tolerance

  • 1 primer for each type of pre-treated substrate, including UHP WJ, dry blasting, wet grit blasting, Cleaning with electric or hand tools, etc.

  • Surface tolerant MIO / zinc filled primer
  • Better surface tolerance than epoxy mastic
  • Performs better than inorganic zinc primers
  • High DFT tolerance and unlimited paintability
  • Adheres to most old coatings and to different metals
  • Primer for full or local priming over any type of pre-treated substrate from St2 to wet / dry blasted surfaces

  • Sa 2.5 is not required for maximum performance

  • Tolerates fly rust

  • Recommended for immersion, splash zone and atmospheric exposure

  • Used as an intermediate / barrier coating for new construction and complete removal projects
  • High solids content aromatic intermediate layer for atmospheric conditions
  • MCU-Miomastic contains a blend of moisture-curing polyurea resin and MIO and has many advantages over epoxy mastics

  • Applicable to any marine, offshore, hydropower, wastewater or other installation, such as sewage treatment, exposed to salt or fresh water

  • Easy to paint over and repair

  • Ideal for use on MCU-Coatings' primers for long-term performance in atmospheric and indoor applications
